Sustainability
Electricity is all supplied from our off-grid power system that utilises solar panels and batteries to meet your power demands.
All of the water used on the property is fresh Lord Howe Island rainwater, harvested from the rooftops before being stored and filtered for your peace of mind.
The wastewater generated on the property is captured and treated by an onsite aerated wastewater system that reduces the nutrient content to a safer level before irrigating the treated effluent on the natural vegetation.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables are grown all over the property to reduce our food miles while ensuring diverse, nutrient-rich produce.
